Every two years the chapter nominating committee presents a slate of candidates for election at the March meeting. The officers are installed at the annual meeting in May, and their 2-year term begins immediately after installation.

REGENT - Presides at chapter and executive board meetings. Appoints all committees except the nominating committee.

VICE REGENT - Program chairperson and chair of the yearbook committee.

CHAPLAIN - Conducts chapter religious services. Communicates with members who are ill or in distress.

RECORDING SECRETARY - Records chapter and executive board proceedings.

CORRESPONDING SECRETARY - Corresponds as required by the regent, chapter, or executive board.

TREASURER - Receives and disburses funds. Prepares monthly reports. Remits State/National membership dues.

REGISTRAR - Researches, documents, and types applications for prospective members. Reviews supplemental applications.  Communicates regularly with prospective members.

HISTORIAN - Performs chapter historical work. Compiles the chapter scrapbook.

LIBRARIAN - Secures books for the Florida State Library and the DAR Library.

EXECUTIVE BOARD - All elected officers of the chapter. Directs chapter affairs between meetings.
