	IMPORTANT NOTE:  Some of the counties in Delaware had a significant number of loyalists.  If an ancestor is known to have engaged in loyalist
	activities, do NOT submit an application on him/her even if paying the supply tax is the last act on record.  NSDAR will not approve the application.
	NOTE:  Frame numbers correspond to the frames number on the right side of each image on microfilms available in Seimes Technology Center at NSDAR.
	Images were matched with the frame numbers to make sure the lists were the exact same lists as those accepted by NSDAR.
